About us: At Tigh na nOg Community Childcare Service, we believe in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Our community-centred approach ensures that every child feels valued and supported. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Creche Manager to lead our dynamic team and uphold our high standards of care.
Role Overview: As the Creche Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the creche, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. Liaising with stakeholders, Pobal, County Childcare Committee, Board of Management etc. You will oversee daily operations and administration duties, manage staff and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both children and staff.
